Making A Purchase . Choose the items you wish to buy from our online catalogue and click on the "Add to cart" button. When you have finished making your selection, go to "View Cart" to check quantities and confirm your purchases and then click on "Checkout Now". You will be asked for your credit/debit card details and to confirm your address and contact details. Specify whether you would like your order delivered or if you would prefer to collect it yourself.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Electron, JCB/JCL, Maestro & Solo cards. Please note that, for your protection, we will only deliver goods to the same address as on your credit/debit card statement.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and we will contact you as soon as it is ready for despatch or collection. Your card will not be debited until your goods are ready. If any part of your order is currently out of stock, we will advise you of waiting times.

Your order confirmation is to indicate that we have received your order; it does not indicate, at this stage, that a contract exists between us.

We have made the greatest possible effort to ensure that the product information and pictures included on this website are as accurate as possible. However, as products are continually updated and manufacturers upgrade their ranges, variations will exist. If you require further information on any part of a product's specification that is critical to your purchase, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to clarify or confirm details - and even provide you with a photo of current shelf stock!
Shipping And Handling . We only deal with customers in the UK and ship to UK mainland addresses, at present.
Delivery Schedule . Goods in stock at our Reading warehouse will usually be ready for delivery or collection within just two working hours of receipt and confirmation of your order. Orders for items that are not held in our main stock will be processed immediately and we will advise you when they are ready for delivery or collection.

Delivery
Your order will either be sent by courier or by registered post, depending on size and weight. ALL deliveries MUST be signed for. If no one is available to take delivery of your order you will be notified.

Delivery cost and method will vary depending on volumetric weight of the items you order and your location (post code).

You can work out delivery cost by adding the items you require to your shopping cart and selecting the required delivery option in the final stage of the process. At that stage our site will automatically work out the delivery charge for your order. If you live in Berkshire and have an RG or SL postcode you can benefit from our £2.95 any order, any size delivery.

Delivery to all customers in Berkshire is currently discounted; this includes all RG & SL postcodes.
We are only able to ship to the card address on the statement of the credit or debit card you are using for payment.
We are happy to take orders by post if you prefer to pay by cheque. Simply print off your completed shopping cart selection and send it to us, together with payment and contact details (include postal address/delivery address, telephone & fax numbers, email address and cheque guarantee card details).

The card holder must bring a copy of your order confirmation and the credit/debit card you used when placing your order. GOODS CAN NOT BE COLLECTED BY A THIRD PARTY.
Back Orders . If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Non-stock items and special order products, once confirmed can NOT be cancelled.
Tax Charges Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable on all products and services supplied by G Squared.
Credit Card Security . When your order is placed at our website, credit/debit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

We are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, on Thursdays we're open late till 7pm and on Saturdays we are open from 9am till 5pm. We are closed all day Sundays & public holidays.
Privacy Policy G Squared Computer Systems will not disclose your information to third parties without your prior and explicit consent, other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy . All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and be in original packaging. Goods are not sold on a trial basis and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned not faulty (minimum of £10.00+VAT plus return delivery costs). Goods remain the property of G Squared Computer Systems until paid for in full. G Squared will not be responsible for any consequential losses however caused.

If any product is found to be faulty within warranty, we will immediately arrange for it to be repaired or replaced once returned to us and tested. If you have simply changed your mind about an item, you can return it to us unopened and complete with all packaging, manuals etc for a full refund excluding any delivery and carriage charges. Non-stock and specially ordered items are exempt from this policy, and will only be repaired, replaced or refunded if found to be faulty at our discretion.

Many manufacturers provide direct support and some, including all manufacturers of monitors, provide direct replacement. Please contact the manufacturer prior to returning goods as this is often the quickest route to resolving an issue and replacing faulty products. See our Services/Links page for contact information.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
The distance selling act does not cover companies, partnerships, sole traders or any other commercial body or registered charities. Products returned under the "cooling off" period must be unopened, sealed, unused and in "as new" condition.
