Services REPAIRS & UPGRADES
We are pleased to offer repair and upgrade services on all PCs, printers, monitors and laptops.
This service is offered for equipment brought in to our repair centre with a fault description.
All you need to do is pop in with your computer together with a description of the problem(s). The unit will need to be left with us, our target turnaround time is just two working days, this will vary depending on the nature of your problem and availability of any parts required.
Please note that on certain items, such as laptops, monitors and printers, we require payment for estimation due to the nature of these products. Turnaround times on such items is longer as some repairs are outsourced. If we are unable to offer a solution/repair we work on a "no fix no fee" basis.
Many issues are software related; bringing us the disks for your operating system and other software together with any activation keys with your system can often save time resolving these types of problems.
VIRUS & SPYWARE REMOVAL
Using our array of software tools together with our extensive knowledge & expertise we are happy to offer all "malware" removal services.
INSURANCE QUOTES
We are happy to provide quotes and evaluation reports for insurance purposes.
DATA RECOVERY
We can provide data recovery services from hard disk drives & many tape backup products. Our in-house tools together with our partnership with OnTrack means no matter what damage has been done we can almost always recover your invaluable data.
Our labour rate is just £25.00inc VAT (£21.28+VAT) per hour.
While you wait memory installation from just £10.00inc VAT (£8.51+VAT).
